How much is postage?
Delivery is charged at 15% per order up to a total order value (excluding delivery costs but inclusive of vat) of £50. On orders above £50, delivery is free within the United Kingdom, although extra delivery charges may be payable for Isle of Wight, the Isle of Man, the Scottish Isles, parts of Scotland, Northern Ireland and the Channel Isles.
How long will delivery take?
Please allow 14 working days for delivery, however we will endeavour to despatch your order within 48 hours. All orders are sent either by courier or post.
Do you deliver overseas?
Yes, we are delighted to deliver products to overseas customers, however please contact us prior to ordering to check postal rates to your region.
Are payments secure?
Yes, all payments are completely secure via Paypal and all Credit Cards are accepted.
Can I return goods if I am not satisfied or they are damaged?
Goods can be returned for a full refund within 28 days if not completely satisfied. Beyond that time period, please contact us for further information.
Where is the Love the Lakes shop?
There are two Love the Lakes stores, one is in Ash Street, Bowness on Windermere and one is in St John's Street in Keswick, both in the heart of the English Lake District.
